hi.....i am planning to visit norway, finland, denmark and sweden for 3 weeks starting from 20th september....i would be landing in helsinki...stay for 2 nights and then on 22nd september go to stockholm via an overnight cruise. Then 2 nights in stockholm and on the 25th drive to hamar....2 nights in hamar then drive to geiranger.....2 nights in geiranger then drive to leikanger....2 nights in leikanger then drive to bergen...then 3 nights in bergen fly to oslo on the 4th october.....2 nights in oslo and then go to copenhagen via an over night cruise...and 3 nights in copenhagen.

i would like to know if this itinerary is fine and all the places where i am driving...how long would i take to go from one place to the other and how would the roads be....would it be a difficult drive...how would the weather be in all these places??

also if u could tell me that have i left any other good place of visit??

It%26#39;s a punishing itinerary, particularly at that time of year, particularly for someone from a much warmer climate than ours. Even if the sun shines you will need a sweater and jacket, and the sun will not always shine - very cold drizzle is far more likely.

I think you should consider pruning your itinerary a great deal. However, one addition will be useful - you could take a day trip to Tallinn (Estonia) while in Helsinki. The medieval Old Town of Tallinn is worth seeing whatever the weather.

For route planning try www.viamichelin.com, it gives you estimated driving time, routes etc.

Renting a car from Stockholm and returning it to Bergen can be surprisingly expensive. Driving conditions should be fine and roads good.
