Do taxis usually have them? Are baby seats mandatory (in taxis)?
I%26#39;m a bit worried about this, since I%26#39;m going to travel w/ my 2 kids (1 and 3 y).

No, taxis do not usually have baby/children%26#39;s seats. Usually under three-year-olds have to travel in such seats but this does not apply in taxis where children can travel in normal seat belts on the back seat. If you order the taxi in advance you can ask for a taxi with a baby seat (quite often it cannot be arranged, though).
