Lost already and haven't left Australia but going Helsinki

Hi not sure if I%26#39;m on the right spot for the forum this is the first time I%26#39;ve used this.

I%26#39;m getting in early!!! We%26#39;re planning to stopover in Helsinki in March next year. Want to go to an opera if possible and market square. Would love to stay in a B%26amp;B there but don%26#39;t want to have to spend a fortune in cab fares.

Can anyone help with the where to stay parts and any what to see in a 2 day stay?

You%26#39;ve actually landed in the Vantaa forum (a suburb of Helsinki), but never mind, you%26#39;re close enough.

You should start off with an official tourist site first (http://www.visithelsinki.fi/In_English/Visitor.iw3 is a good place to start) to get a general overview. These forums are better for asking more specific questions.

You might also look back through the Helsinki forum to see previous questions and answers.
