I would like to see the Russian border during the day and the Imatra Rapids at night. Any recommendation for a modest hotel and where the %26quot;locals%26quot; like to eat?

What%26#39;s there to see at the Russian border unless you%26#39;re going to cross it (for which you will need a visa)? There%26#39;s no wall or fence there, just an ordinary border crossing point.
