white reindeer family room

HI Everone

got booked into the white reindeer for the week from the 27th decmber,2010 we have been booked into the family room for 2 adults and 2 children ..has anyone been in the family rooms before, what are they like also with it being first choice we are full board ,do they provide soft drinks free for the children at meal times..

ps have read loads about the sledges being taken with some many being bought and hotels letting them be used ..i am sure they have a heap for everyone to use...were are they all going to...ROLL ON DECEMBER have also heard that booking huskie and reindeer trips is best done from tourist info centre...ps they dont reply back to emails ..how sad..

We went to the same hotel in feb half term and paid for a superior family room 2+2 didnt get the room i thought we would though! It was a room with a room going off with 2 single beds and main room had double we had a balcony which had 2 sleds on and bought 2 more about £7 each. Main gripe was no microwave which brochure said there was and had taken food for daughter who is a vegetarian ,it turned out we had another double room also no microwave! in another block only used it once when cleaners in other room! This aside we had a great holiday the hotel is very cosy we booked our trips with inghams who are based at this hotel as well, trips much cheaper than most other companies .free drinks at meal times were water/milk/beer/hot drinks. A large coke cost about £3.50 our kids happily drank the water untill last few nights as its so pure( no funny chlorine taste)The other type of room has a mezzazine and kitchenette goodness knows which you will get, but i%26#39;m sure you will have a great holiday.
