hiya everybody, i know lapland very expensive for a day trip, but i was just wondering if anybody knows if any companys are offering a good price? i cant persuade my boyfriend to pay the money thomas cook etc is charging, and i really want to go!! december preferably (so i can get into the christmas mood!) thanks in advance!

If you can afford the time off...I urge you to go for longer,it often works out cheaper!
When exactly did you mant to go eg do you have to go at school holiday times?

I really think if you can spare the time of work and go for longer you may get longer in lapland for alot less money than you would pay for a day trip if you keep an eye on the inghams website or lastminute.com.
Either way im sure if you choose a day trip you will still enjoy it.
Try looking at www.santatrips.co.uk as there are day trips on there but unsure of the cost of them.

i work in a salon but im self employed, so can really take of whenever i want, but december is just too busy to have more than than the odd day!

Is it just the two of you or are you takimg children- obviously it depends on your priorities...
meeting (realistic) Santa,decorating cookies,sleigh ride etc.
