Of course. Any money exchange office in Helsinki carries Estonian crowns, as contact between the two countries is intense. The rates don%26#39;t vary enormously but a friend of mine swears by the small exchange office on Unioninkatu, near the city tourist information office by the Havis Amanda statue (Esplanadi).

You can also change money on the Helsinki-Tallinn ferries and in the ferry terminals.

Helsinki Central Train Station has a money exchange office with decent exchange rate. I found it to be a very convenient place to exchange money.

Remember that every time you change currency, bankers winn and you loose. You can as well change SGD%26#39;s to EKK!! Forex at the railway station is the best place and easy to find next to main entrance.
