Joulukka - Private meeting with Santa

Has anyone visited Joulukka recently and had a private meeting with Santa? It sounds brilliant, but very expensive. Can you offer any guidelines and thoughts? What do you get for your money?

Hello, you can get all details from the website : www.joulukka.com or www.prosanta.fi.

Basically you get to visit Joulukka out in the woods away from everybody, play with the Elves, visit Santa%26#39;s command centre and find out their sectrets, then you get a private meeting with Santa in his log cabin. This basic price is 800 Euros for a family of 5 and lasts for 1 hour in total. You also have to pay for the bus, which is their transport and costs 149 Euros for up to 8 passengers. You cannot use normal buses for this trip! If you want a meal served by the Elves in their special restaurant, this will cost you 75 Euros each. If you select the meal option as well, then the whole experience will last 3 hours. I think this is very expensive for what you get. We have booked to go Rovaniemi with First Choice and we do get the chance to see Santa at Santa Claus Village and Santa Park, so I don%26#39;t think we will take up this extra option.

Hello, they answered me and for 2 adults and 2 children, they ask me for 850€ just for 1:00 am with the Father Christmas and for 650€ for the meal, that is a 1500€ total, I almost fainted, but I thinks that by grouping together(by including) with another family we can have prices(prizes) less to expansive, I have to find on internet of the travel agencies which proposes the same thing for 90€ / nobody but it is necessary to buy the journey to them, here is I continue my search

I am planning to visit Rovaniemi the first week of December.

800 euros might be out of my price range, but it seems there are tour companies offering group versions.
