hi , we got married in levi last dec and we too we worried about paperwork, you need to go to th foreign and commonwealth office to get your birth certificates apositle stamped- shows that paperwork is legal and correct, then u fill in marriage in lapland forms - one each i think and one other form! cant remember what its called now!! ill try and find out the info you need i know i was getting stressed about this last year, some companies want your passport apostile stamped as well but we didnt need that! we had to go to registery office in uk to announce wedding first as you would in uk to make sure no body objects this takes 21 days from when you see them - to gain certificate of impediment-think its what it is called !
