In pretty-well all British hotels you now get a kettle so you can brew your own tea or coffee. But you never seem to get this in, say, French hotels. So my question is: do Finnish hotels never/sometimes/always have a kettle?
(I realise that in cosmic terms this might be seen as a rather trivial issue but tea is impotant to me!)

Usually not. There are still even households without a kettle in Finland, so it is not considered as a necessity in hotel rooms, either. If there is a kettle in the room it is usually mentioned in the room description.
