Hi I am off to Yllas on 20th December for 1 week. Does anyone know how I can order a christmas tree and decorations for my cabin?

from what I recall you can do it from either destinationlapland or yllas.fi - which ever one it was it was very expensive €150 for the tree and decorations
we tried to get one sorted when we went there and never found one but apparently there is a guy who sells them just down from Julis
what we did in the end was take some fairy lights and put them around the fireplace - it was lovely and tbh with you there are so many trees outside covered in snow they are better than any inside tree

I can remember this being asked last year (on another forum) and as I recall the prices in Yllas were 4 or 5x the price of one in Levi! nearer the time you copuld try the tourist office.

Oh my word that is expensive! Thank you for thaking the time reply. I really appreciate it.

You can buy them from a hut in the supermarket carpark. I think they started selling them on Christmas Eve. No idea what the cost is though!

Hi Nikki,
If you click on my reviews for the Villa Armas Cabins, scroll down to the bottom of the review and I listed where you can get a tree from.
Don%26#39;t order one, take some fairy lights (don%26#39;t forget your adaptor) and some little decorations, then go see the man down by the supermarket. It cost us 30 euros .... well worth it to add to the xmas spirit.
Enjoy your time in Yllas .... it%26#39;s fantastic.

Hi thanks for your message. I think I would liek one before Christmas Eve especially as we are flying out on my daughters birthday so I really do want everything to be in place.
Think I will take my own fake tree!

Several trees were already up on the porch of some of the cabins when we were there several years ago-they may have been left by previous visitors so you could be lucky!
