Sure, as long as you take a ferry over the watery bits. It was a long time ago when I had a flyophobic gilfriend, but I%26#39;ve taken the route by train London-Harwich, ferry to Ostend, train to Amsterdam changing for Copenhagen, then up through Sweden to Stockholm. Overnight ferry to Turku and you%26#39;re in Finland. Piece of cake! The bad news it will take you 2 1/2 days to get to Oulu instead of a few hours if you go by plane.
Your local railway station should be able to tell you where to get on track.

Generally saying you can even manage whole route without ferries or ships - Eurostar to Brussels- Copenhagen-Stockholm and up north via Boden. But such trip tend to be rather expensive.

If you like to avoid ferries, you have to continue from Boden, Sweden, by bus to Kemi, Finland. Interrail tickets are valid on that bus. There is no train connection between Sweden and Finland, as the countries use different gauge. Finland has the same as Russia, since Finland was part of Russia on the 1800%26#39;s when the railway was build up.

The Deutsche Bahn has a timetable server where you can look for timetables for train all over Europe: reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en…
It seems to take some 50 hours including a boat trip from Stockholm to Turku (discount e.g. with the interrail card).
