I cannot find my orginal time I asked!

I am going to be staying at the Snow Princess in december for a 4 night break and I wondered if you can book trips to the Ice hotel from there?

Also is it worth the trip and time or not???

Last time we were in Yllas we did the extended husky dog safari trip which was simply amazing and like a fantasy kids dream.

Just wanted to know if you can recommend any other trips as we will have a day spare to do as we please.

I don%26#39;t know where Snow Princess is but if it is close to one of many ice hotels in Finnish Lapland it%26#39;s probably worth a day trip - overnight maybe not. But all ice hotels are not open or at their best early December.

The nearest ice hotel is in Lainio, very close to Yllas. You can find lots of information on their webpage www.snowvillage.fi

However, it mentions that it doesn%26#39;t open until 10th December this year.

Have you tried a snowmobiling excursion, they are great fun !!

The Finnish name for the Snow Princess Hotel is Yllas Kaltio if that helps too.
