I have heard that friends of friends are getting married in Lapland in Feb 2010.
I had never ever thought of this, but have since googled it and found loads of people have done it!!
Im sooo excited about the idea and me and my boyfriend and considering the idea (not engaged yet, lol!!)
But what id like to know is where you all got married...ideas on certain places. Wsa it a ice chapel or igloo or what?
What did every1 wear...do you really have to cover up?
What about food?
Id love to hear all stories if your willing to share.

Hi,
one of the prettiest places to get married is at Hotel Kakslauttanen near Saariselka in Northern Lapland. They have romantic cabins, igloos and an Ice Chapel.
Be careful as the Ice Chapel may not be ready until January some years is conditions are not cold enough.

The nearest airport is Ivalo, about 30 minutes away.
