I had hopes of finding out something about Torshavn - how to get round the town, what to see, etc - but, obviously, nobody ever goes there! It must be a very dull place, otherwise the Forum would have a lot of entries extolling its virtues.
How very sad!

poole,
The fact that there are few entries here reflects the fact that Faroe is a small country which, though delightful, is dificult to get to so not many people go there - fortunately.
A few seconds on Google would have produced this for you:

Just few people visit and want to keep it this way.
Torshavn is superb and very walkable the only touristy bit is the old harbour area,be surprised how small it is like a large village or small market town only
